- 10 nos Tindly
- 100 gm Pineapple
- 25 gm Green Capsicum
- 25 gm Red Capsicum
- 25 gm Scallion2 ml Lemon Juice
- 3 gm Pink Salt
Method
- Slice the tindly into half and scoop out the insides.
- Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and mix it with the salt and lemon juice.
- Stuff this mixture into the tindly and serve.
